To some people, parcel deliverers feel like someone who is invisible; because of this, their work is often taken for granted. One of the few moments of contact is through the iconic "we missed you" note, but these notes have now been abolished.
Every year PostNL organizes the "dag van de pakketbezorger", the day of the parcel deliverer. We want to take this moment to bring back the nostalgic notes, but we turn it around with an actual positive twist. We give people the opportunity in an accessible way to thank the parcel deliverer or leave a nice message.
